Kingston, 21, came out at the Gibson Amphitheatre on the red carpet for its first public appearance since the incident, clad in a bright red vest, white T-shirt, jeans, and gold jewelry.
Jamaican-American singer recently opened to MTV about near fatal accident, which occurred during the Memorial Day weekend when he drove the boat to fall under the small bridge, wounding him and his passenger.
"Many people do not know it was a situation more deeply," the "Beautiful Girls" singer said. "I underwent open heart surgery and I had two other operations."
Physicians must operate on some Kingston times when they found that his aorta was torn and blood filled his chest. But the star, which in addition to suffering a broken jaw, fractured wrist, and the water in her lungs, making a full recovery miraculous. "I'm 100 percent now," he said.
